Ses 3mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur en moyenne assurent \u00e9galement le r\u00f4le de fonction barri\u00e8re et prot\u00e8gent l\u2019organisme des agressions ext\u00e9rieures biologiques et physiques.<br \/>\nL\u2019hypoderme est la couche la plus profonde contenant les cellules graisseuses (adipocytes) et les vaisseaux sanguins.<br \/>\nLe derme est la couche interm\u00e9diaire, soutien de l\u2019\u00e9piderme, lui donnant son aspect ext\u00e9rieur. Il est compos\u00e9 d\u2019environ 2500 cellules sensorielles, de vaisseaux sanguins et d\u2019un r\u00e9seau de substances telles que le collag\u00e8ne, l\u2019\u00e9lastine et l\u2019acide hyaluronique. Ces derni\u00e8res sont synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es par les fibroblastes, cellules caract\u00e9ristiques du derme.<\/p>\n<h2>COMMENT FONCTIONNE LA R\u00c9G\u00c9N\u00c9RATION CELLULAIRE ?<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9piderme est la couche la plus superficielle de la peau. Ses principales cellules, les k\u00e9ratinocytes, migrent de la couche basale (ou germinative) la plus interne vers la couche corn\u00e9e o\u00f9 elles finissent par desquamer, en passant par les couches \u00e9pineuses et granuleuses. Lors de leur migration, les k\u00e9ratinocytes subissent des modifications biochimiques et morphologiques. De m\u00eame, elles s\u00e9cr\u00e8tent la k\u00e9ratine, prot\u00e9ine fibreuse r\u00e9sistante aux agressions physiques et chimiques. Les cellules de la couche corn\u00e9e (ou corn\u00e9ocytes) sont alors pleines de k\u00e9ratine. La couche basale de l\u2019\u00e9piderme renferme \u00e9galement quelques m\u00e9lanocytes, cellules synth\u00e9tisant la m\u00e9lanine et donnant la pigmentation \u00e0 la peau.<\/p>\n<p>Cette migration cellulaire ou bien encore diff\u00e9renciation \u00e9pidermique, c\u2019est la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration cellulaire. En effet, une \u00ab cellule m\u00e8re \u00bb de la couche basale va se diviser en deux \u00ab cellules fille \u00bb au cours du processus de division cellulaire que l\u2019on appelle la mitose. L\u2019une des cellules fille va rester en place pour assurer la continuit\u00e9 de la couche basale tandis que l\u2019autre va commencer sa migration vers la couche corn\u00e9e (ou stratum corn\u00e9um). Le temps de migration qui s\u2019\u00e9coule entre le moment o\u00f9 une cellule fille entre dans la couche \u00e9pineuse et sa desquamation s\u2019appelle le \u00ab turn-over \u00e9pidermique \u00bb. Ce temps est \u00e9gal \u00e0 21 jours en moyenne chez l\u2019adulte jeune de 25 ans. De plus, il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de la peau est plus intense pendant la nuit. En effet, s\u2019adaptant \u00e0 notre environnement, elle concentre ses efforts pour nous prot\u00e9ger des agressions ext\u00e9rieures durant la journ\u00e9e et se consacre \u00e0 sa r\u00e9paration et \u00e0 son renouvellement au calme pendant la nuit.<\/p>\n<h2>LA\u00a0R\u00c9G\u00c9N\u00c9RATION CELLULAIRE AU FIL DU TEMPS<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9piderme est la couche la plus superficielle de la peau.
